AutoSummary is an independent third-party software product developed and sold by BMSBrain. AutoSummary is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Schneider Electric SE or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies.
AutoSummary is designed to be compatible with certain versions of Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ Building Operation. BMSBrain makes no representations regarding official certification, approval, or partnership with Schneider Electric.
Trademark Notices
AutoSummary™ is a trademark of BMSBrain. All other trademarks, product names, and company names or logos mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.
Terms of Sale
By purchasing a license to AutoSummary, you agree to the following terms:
- Each license is issued for a single BMS server installation, identified by the server name provided at checkout.
- Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared across multiple servers without separate licenses.
- AutoSummary is provided as-is. BMSBrain makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
- BMSBrain is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use AutoSummary, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or building control issues.
- Compatibility with future versions of EcoStruxure Building Operation is not guaranteed. BMSBrain will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but is not obligated to do so.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of license keys, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of the product, please contact support@bmsbrain.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases where the product cannot be made to function as described.
Demo License
Demo licenses are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Demo licenses are limited to one per email address. Upon expiry, a full license must be purchased to continue using AutoSummary. Demo license expiry is validated against the BMS server's system time.
Privacy Policy
BMSBrain collects the following information when you interact with AutoSummary:
- Email address — collected when you purchase a license, request a demo, or download the product. Used to deliver your license key and for occasional product update communications.
- Server name — collected at purchase or demo request. Used solely to generate and validate your license key. Not shared with third parties.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. BMSBrain does not store credit card numbers or payment details.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may contact you with important product updates or security notices. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing support@bmsbrain.com.
This site uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BMSBrain's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to AutoSummary shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license. BMSBrain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
AutoSummary interacts with building automation systems. It is your responsibility to ensure that any use in live or production environments complies with applicable safety requirements, building codes, and the terms of your building automation system vendor. Use in safety-critical applications is not recommended without independent verification.
